Delivery

Our courier normally aims to deliver goods between 1-3 working days, unless they are prevented by a delay outside their control.

Not at home when the goods are delivered.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the goods cannot be posted through your letterbox, the Courier will leave a Calling Card or contact you via Email, informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the goods from a local depot.

Failure to re-arrange delivery.

If, after a failed delivery, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions. This may incur further charges for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you to re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract according to clause 9.2 and charges will be applied.
